The short version. This Site connects you with licensed insurance agents. We are not an insurance company and we do not sell insurance. Submitting the form is a request to be contacted — it is not an application, and it does not guarantee that you will be offered coverage or any particular price. Everything to do with an actual policy is between you, the agent and the insurance carrier.
1. Accepting these terms
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and AmericaLifeInsurance ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of americalifeinsurance.com (the "Site"). By using the Site or submitting the quote form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What this service is
The Site is a free, no-obligation referral service. You answer a short set of questions, and we pass your request to a licensed insurance agency so that a licensed agent can contact you and discuss coverage options with you.
We are paid a referral fee by the agency we send requests to. This is disclosed openly because it is how the service stays free to you, and it does not change the price of any policy you may be offered.
3. What we are not
We are not an insurance company, insurance agency or broker. We are not licensed to transact insurance in any state. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any insurance carrier, including any company with a name similar to this website's.
We do not:
- Underwrite, issue or administer insurance policies
- Quote rates, bind coverage or approve applications
- Give insurance, legal, tax or financial advice
- Recommend any specific product, carrier or agent as suitable for you
Any educational content on the Site is general information only. Talk to a licensed professional about your own situation.
4. Who may use the Site
You may use the Site only if you are at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a contract, and located in the United States. The Site is intended for United States residents, and the products described are not available everywhere — availability varies by state.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information. Age, tobacco use and coverage amount all change what an agent can realistically quote. Inaccurate answers produce quotes that fall apart at underwriting and waste your time.
- Submit only your own information. Do not submit someone else's name, phone number or email address.
- Use the Site lawfully, and only for the purpose of requesting insurance information for yourself.
6. Consent to be contacted
When you check the consent box and submit the form, you give prior express written consent to be contacted by the licensed insurance agency named in that consent language, at the phone number and email address you provided — including by automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, and SMS text message, even if your number is on a federal or state Do Not Call list.
This consent is not a condition of purchasing anything. You may revoke it at any time by telling the agent to stop, by replying STOP to a text message, or by emailing us at contact@americalifeinsurance.com. Message and data rates may apply. We keep a record of the consent you gave, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. No guarantee of coverage
Submitting the form does not create an application for insurance and does not guarantee that:
- An agent will contact you
- You will be offered coverage
- You will be offered any particular rate, term or benefit
All coverage decisions, rates, terms and exclusions are made solely by the insurance carrier and the licensed agent you are connected with, based on their own underwriting. We have no part in and no control over those decisions.
8. Third parties and links
Once your information is passed to a licensed agency, your relationship is with that agency and its agents. We do not control how they conduct their business, what they offer you, or how they use your information after they receive it — their own privacy practices then apply alongside ours.
The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
9. Intellectual property
The text, layout, design and code of this Site are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish, scrape or redistribute the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Any third-party names or marks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.
10. Prohibited use

12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Site or the referral service — including anything that happens between you and a licensed agent or carrier after we make the referral.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Site is limited to USD 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain damages, so parts of the two sections above may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Site, or your submission of information that is not your own or is inaccurate.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the competent courts of Morocco, and you and we consent to that jurisdiction.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence.
15. Changes and termination
We may change these terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after that means you accept the change. We may also modify, suspend or discontinue the Site at any time without notice.
Sections 9 through 14 survive any termination of these terms.
